Monique Parker

Monique Parker, CSP is the Senior Vice-President of Safety, Environment, Health (SEH) for Piedmont Lithium; headquartered in Belmont, NC. She earned her BS in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Tech and has 20 years of experience leading SEH around the world. Her experiences span a wide range of industries from textiles, food production, building materials, chemical manufacturing and mining. In the last 7 years, much of her experience has been in the Lithium mining and processing space. At Piedmont Lithium, she is responsible for acquiring the required operational permits, developing robust management systems for their safety and environmental programs, and leading the sustainability strategy to support Piedmont's efforts to support the electric vehicle market.
