Cherie Leeden

With 22 years of experience in the global resources sector including over a decade at publicly listed board level, Cherie Leeden is a geologist, entrepreneur, and executive who has founded, led, and advised several successful mineral exploration and development companies. She is the CEO and Founder of NV Resources (www.nvresources.com), a private US based critical mineral project generation Company, Director of Hog Ranch Minerals Inc (Rex Minerals Ltd - ASX:RXM), Director of Gold Bull Resources (TSX:GBRC) , Director of Nevada Li Corp (Future Battery Minerals - ASX:FBM) and is an Advisor to Inventa Capital and Chieftain Securities.

Cherie's mission is to discover mineral deposits that contribute to a cleaner world and to promote more responsible mining practices in the USA. She has a track record of generating and acquiring high-quality projects, securing equity financing, and delivering value to stakeholders. She has experience negotiating and executing win-win business transactions with a range of partners, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, as well as government agencies, ranch owners, and tribes.

Cherie is proud to be part of the global mining industry and has a passion for adding value via exploration, in particularly of battery metals. She promotes the industry and its vital role in our society at every chance she gets.

Cherie holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Geology from the Western Australian School of Mines is a member of Australian Institute of Geoscientists & American Exploration & Mining Association. Cherie resides in Incline Village, Nevada.
